Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Party Meatballs
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and pork mix, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix the ingredients together until just combined.
- Use your hands to scoop out portions and roll them into 1-inch meatballs. Place the formed meatballs on a plate or baking sheet.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add the meatballs and sear for about 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
- In your slow cooker, mix together the raspberry jam, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth.
- After searing, add the browned meatballs into the slow cooker, gently stirring them into the sauce.
- Cover the slow cooker and let the meatballs cook for 3–4 hours on LOW or 1.5–2 hours on HIGH.
- When ready, use a slotted spoon to transfer the meatballs to a serving platter and garnish with freshly chopped green onions or parsley.

Notes
Don’t Overmix: Gently combine ingredients to keep the meatballs tender. Always brown meatballs before placing them in the slow cooker for enhanced flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
