Cooking Instructions

  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion out about 1-ounce balls, roll them smoothly, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the sausage balls for 25 to 30 minutes until golden-brown.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Stir until thickened, taking about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve the baked sausage balls warm with lemon sauce on the side for dipping.
