- Wash and peel the fresh carrots, then lay them flat on a cutting board. Use a vegetable peeler or spiralizer to create long ribbons.
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Place a steamer basket over the pot and add the carrot ribbons. Cover and steam for about 3 minutes.
- Remove the carrot ribbons from the steamer and transfer to a mixing bowl. Drizzle in melted butter, add chopped rosemary and sea salt, then toss gently.
- Plate the carrot ribbons and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
