  2. Prep buffalo chicken: dip raw tenders in buffalo sauce and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Chop vegetables: slice romaine, halve cherry tomatoes, dice green onions, chop celery, and shred carrots. Prepare for assembly.
  4. Assemble bowls beginning with a layer of rice. Top with romaine, tomatoes, green onions, celery, and carrots.
  5. Add crispy buffalo chicken on top of the layered vegetables.
