  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Divided.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste.

For the Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the large shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and half the butter.
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer; sear for 2 minutes until pink and golden.
  4. Flip shrimp and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until opaque, then set aside.
  5. Lower heat and add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet.
  6. Cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn.
  7. Return shrimp to skillet, add lemon juice, red pepper, salt, and pepper; mix for 1 minute.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp and stir gently until melted.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately from the skillet.
