- On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch your prepared pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
- Spread fresh mozzarella pearls evenly over the dough, dollop ricotta cheese, and layer with basil, lemon, and asparagus.
- Carefully slide the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, blot excess moisture, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper and Parmesan.
