Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone on the lower middle rack for at least 30 minutes.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch your prepared pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
  3. Spread fresh mozzarella pearls evenly over the dough, dollop ricotta cheese, and layer with basil, lemon, and asparagus.
  4. Carefully slide the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, blot excess moisture, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper and Parmesan.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
