- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium-high heat. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and syrup appears clear, about 4 minutes. Add fresh rosemary, simmer for 30 seconds, remove from heat, and cool for at least 30 minutes.
- In a high-powered blender, combine 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of the rosemary simple syrup. Blend until fully combined.
- Gradually add ice to the blender, blend on high until frothy and smooth, about 30 seconds per batch, until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with dried lemon slices on the rim or floating in the slushie.
