Step-by-Step Instructions for Rosemary Lemonade Slushie
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium-high heat. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and syrup appears clear, about 4 minutes. Add fresh rosemary, simmer for 30 seconds, remove from heat, and cool for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a high-powered blender, combine 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of the rosemary simple syrup. Blend until fully combined.
  3. Gradually add ice to the blender, blend on high until frothy and smooth, about 30 seconds per batch, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with dried lemon slices on the rim or floating in the slushie.
