Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 large Cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 units Limes juiced
For the Flavor
  • 3 tablespoons Mint Leaves fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 pinch Salt
For the Fizz
  • 1 cup Carbonated Mineral Water
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes or more if desired

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and dice one large cucumber into small pieces and place in a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of water, the juice of 2 limes, 3 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend all ingredients on high speed for about 30 seconds until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  4. Strain the blended mixture into a jar using a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
  5. Add 1 cup of carbonated mineral water to the jar and stir gently. Then add approximately 2 cups of ice.
  6. Pour the mocktail into tall glasses and garnish with extra cucumber slices, lime wedges, and mint leaves.
