Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil by drizzling 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef, 1 diced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger to the skillet and brown for about 6 minutes.
  3. Pour in ½ cup of teriyaki sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 2 packs of ramen noodles, and cook according to package instructions for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain the noodles and combine them with the beef mixture in the skillet, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
