  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.
