Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 cups of non-fat Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of whey vanilla protein powder, 1 box of sugar-free banana cream instant pudding mix, and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. Whisk together vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Take 1 cup of whole vanilla wafers and place them in a resealable plastic bag. Crush them into small pieces, leaving some larger chunks for added texture.
  3. Peel and slice 1 medium banana into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture into the bottom of serving cups, followed by layers of crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices.
