Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine finely chopped pistachios, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Place halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet and pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Press pistachio mixture firmly onto the tops of each halibut fillet.
  5. Bake the halibut fillets in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until the fish flakes easily and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove the halibut from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges.
