Ingredients
  

For the Dressing Base
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice Fresh is preferred
  • 2 tbsp Honey Adjust to sweetness preference
For the Flavor Boosters
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Cilantro can be used as an alternative
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Sea salt is recommended
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly ground preferred
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder Or use fresh chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 tsp Ginger Fresh ginger for more flavor
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice Lime or orange juice is fine too

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add pineapple juice while blending until completely smooth.
  3. Add honey, and adjust the sweetness to taste. Blend until fully combined.
  4. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend until well combined.
  5. Transfer to a jar with a tight lid and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  6. Shake the jar before serving to recombine the ingredients.
