Step-by-Step Instructions for PEEPS Bunny Cupcakes
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot cake mix, butter, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded carrots and fill muffin cups about two-thirds full.
  4. Bake for 17-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
