Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Slightly warm the milk, then add it along with eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by combining chopped peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle.
- Spread the peach filling over the dough, leaving a border, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge, cut into 12 equal pieces, and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk for the glaze.
