- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine frozen blackberries until softened, about 5-7 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, light brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and molasses. Combine with blackberries and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Rinse salmon fillet under cold water, pat dry, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on it, season with salt and pepper, and spread blackberry barbecue sauce over it.
- Bake salmon for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness when it flakes easily with a fork.
