- If using raw chicken, season with salt and pepper, then cook at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or sauté for 7-10 minutes. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until golden and fragrant.
- Add diced chicken to skillet, tossing to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until it melts into a gooey mixture.
- Assemble wraps by placing 1/3 cup of filling in the center of a tortilla, folding sides in and rolling tightly.
- Melt butter in the skillet and cook wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on each side.
- Let the wraps rest for 1-2 minutes, then cut in half diagonally and serve warm, optionally garnished with parsley.
