  • 1 cup Mashed ripe bananas
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Nutella For swirls

Method
 

Muffin Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  7. Add a spoonful of Nutella on top of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
