Muffin Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
- Add a spoonful of Nutella on top of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
