  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, Nutella, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before removing from the tin.
