Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tins with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, combine mashed bananas, butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into prepared liners, filling each about ¾ full, and add a teaspoon of warmed Nutella on top.
- Using a toothpick, gently swirl the Nutella into the batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool muffins in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
