Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tins with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer, combine mashed bananas, butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into prepared liners, filling each about ¾ full, and add a teaspoon of warmed Nutella on top.
  6. Using a toothpick, gently swirl the Nutella into the batter.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool muffins in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
