  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup sugar granulated
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Nutella Swirl
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Add eggs and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  7. Add a teaspoon of Nutella on top of each muffin.
  8. Using a toothpick, swirl the Nutella into the batter.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
