Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing your no knead bread roll in half. Drizzle a little olive oil on both cut sides and toast the bread on a heated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. While the bread is toasting, wash and slice the oversized tomatoes into thick rounds. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, letting them rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the bread is golden, layer mozzarella cheese slices on one half and melt them using a blowtorch or under a broiler for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Layer the seasoned tomato slices on top of the melted cheese, followed by slices of ham, sprouts, and spinach.
  5. Drizzle mustard on the other half of the bread, close the sandwich, and press down to meld the flavors.
