Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the fresh baguette into 1/2 inch thick rounds. Brush both sides with olive oil and toast for 3 to 5 minutes until golden.
  2. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add Baby Bella mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in Marsala wine and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Place a slice of brie cheese on each toasted baguette, then spoon the sautéed mushroom mixture on top.
  4. Return to oven for another 3 to 5 minutes until the brie bubbles and melts.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
