Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Arrange on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly.
  2. While the bread is warm, gently rub a cut garlic clove over one side of each slice. Set aside to cool completely.
  3. Chop the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place in a mixing bowl. Tear fresh basil into smaller pieces and add, along with salt and olive oil. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Take a generous scoop of the burrata cheese and place on each slice of toasted bread. Press gently to allow the creamy center to peek out.
  5. Spoon the tomato-basil mixture on top of the cheese, ensuring even coverage. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and optionally add more olive oil and sea salt.
  6. Serve immediately to enjoy the best flavors and textures.
