Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Arrange on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly.
- While the bread is warm, gently rub a cut garlic clove over one side of each slice. Set aside to cool completely.
- Chop the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place in a mixing bowl. Tear fresh basil into smaller pieces and add, along with salt and olive oil. Stir gently to combine.
- Take a generous scoop of the burrata cheese and place on each slice of toasted bread. Press gently to allow the creamy center to peek out.
- Spoon the tomato-basil mixture on top of the cheese, ensuring even coverage. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and optionally add more olive oil and sea salt.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the best flavors and textures.

Notes
Use high-quality burrata cheese for a rich, creamy texture. Assemble bruschetta just before serving to keep the bread crispy.
