Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients along with a medium mixing bowl, spatula, and a 6-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and half of the fresh rosemary in a medium mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the dip starts bubbling and cheese is melted.
  6. Switch the oven to broil and keep an eye on the dip while it bakes for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Once golden, remove from the oven and garnish with remaining fresh rosemary before serving.
