- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients along with a medium mixing bowl, spatula, and a 6-inch baking dish.
- Mix together ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and half of the fresh rosemary in a medium mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the dip starts bubbling and cheese is melted.
- Switch the oven to broil and keep an eye on the dip while it bakes for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once golden, remove from the oven and garnish with remaining fresh rosemary before serving.
