- In a medium bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sliced green onions. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet. Evenly distribute the miso butter mixture over each salmon fillet.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes.
- For air fryer, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 9-10 minutes.
- After cooking, drizzle any remaining melted miso butter over the top and garnish with extra green onions.
