Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Brush both sides of each corn tortilla with canola oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crisp.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Top each tortilla with about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Return tostadas to the oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
