Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add lean ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for an additional 2–3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Mix in the shredded cabbage, cooking for about 5 minutes until it begins to wilt.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnishing with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
