Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your casserole dish.
  2. Sauté the chopped bell peppers and zucchini in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sautéed vegetables with cooked lentils, cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
