Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13" baking dish with olive oil.
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth and combine with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Season cubed chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Evenly layer small broccoli florets across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Layer sautéed chicken over the broccoli evenly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken and pour the Alfredo cottage cheese mixture on top, then add shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes until bubbling. For a golden crust, broil for 1-2 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and herbs if desired.
