Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a large sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.

  3. Layer kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and capers over the salmon and drizzle with pesto sauce.
  4. Fold the parchment paper around the salmon to seal it snugly, trapping moisture and flavors inside.
  5. Bake the sealed packet on the middle rack for 20-30 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
