For the Salmon
  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets skin-on; can substitute with firm-fleshed fish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter and combine it with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Whisk until combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on the baking sheet, spaced evenly.
  4. Pour the glaze generously over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, checking at the 12-minute mark for doneness.
  6. Remove from oven and serve hot with your favorite sides.
