Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  4. Prepare the broccoli by washing and cutting it into florets, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. After 20 minutes, add the seasoned broccoli to the baking sheet and roast for another 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Melt unsalted butter in a skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  7. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve the salmon with crispy potatoes and roasted broccoli, drizzled with lemon butter sauce and garnished.
