  • 1 cup Diced Onion Shallots or leeks can be used
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Dill Pickles Sugar-free slices can be swapped
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Use a keto-friendly version
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard Experiment with varieties if desired
For the Cheesy Mixture
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Other hard cheeses can be used
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Soften before use for easier mixing
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Sour cream can replace if desired
Seasonings & Garnishes
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce For topping
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high and add the ground beef, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking apart with a spatula.
  2. Add diced onions to the skillet and lower the heat to medium. Sauté for approximately 3-4 minutes until translucent and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped dill pickles, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard. Season generously with salt and pepper, mixing well. Cook for another 2 minutes until aromatic.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and plain Greek yogurt. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes until the cheeses melt smoothly.
  5. Remove from heat, top with shredded lettuce and sesame seeds, and serve immediately in shallow bowls or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
