- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced white bread with milk or cold water and let soak for about 5 minutes.
- Add lean ground beef, ground pork, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl and gently combine.
- Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place on a greased baking sheet or in a skillet.
- If baking, cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. If sautéing, cook in the skillet for about 10-12 minutes until browned.
- Serve immediately atop spaghetti, in a sub, or in soup, and store leftovers in an airtight container.
