Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C), and clean the grates thoroughly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and white wine vinegar until smooth. Stir in celery, parsley, scallion, and blue cheese, seasoning to taste.
  3. In another bowl, combine ground turkey with buffalo wing sauce, and shape into four patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
  4. Place the patties on the preheated grill, cooking for about 7-8 minutes. Flip and grill another 7-8 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Assemble the burgers on toasted buns, adding the creamy blue cheese slaw and extra buffalo sauce if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite side.
