- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C), and clean the grates thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and white wine vinegar until smooth. Stir in celery, parsley, scallion, and blue cheese, seasoning to taste.
- In another bowl, combine ground turkey with buffalo wing sauce, and shape into four patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
- Place the patties on the preheated grill, cooking for about 7-8 minutes. Flip and grill another 7-8 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Assemble the burgers on toasted buns, adding the creamy blue cheese slaw and extra buffalo sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side.
