  • 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Optional or replace with olives
  • 1 cup Burrata Fresh mozzarella or ricotta can be substituted
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula Spinach can be used as an alternative
For the Drizzle
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze Or homemade by reducing balsamic vinegar with sugar

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare Your Workspace by laying out plastic wrap on a cutting board and gathering your ingredients.
  2. Layer the Prosciutto slices side by side on the plastic wrap, overlapping slightly.
  3. Add Salami slices close to the edge and spread basil pesto over the salami.
  4. Layer the Roasted Red Peppers and Sun-Dried Tomatoes evenly over the pesto.
  5. Add Burrata on top of the vegetables and layer Fresh Arugula over everything.
  6. Roll the mixture tightly using the plastic wrap, ensuring the fillings are encased.
  7. Wrap the roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  8. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
