Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 15x10-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the water and butter over medium heat until boiling, then stir in peanut butter and canola oil.
  4. Pour the warm mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla, then fold into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. For the glaze, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, marshmallows, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze on top and let it set.
