- Whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in Bailey’s Irish Cream until smooth.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop dough into balls and place them spaced 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
