Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the sun-dried tomato focaccia horizontally and place on a baking sheet.
- Toast in the preheated oven for 5–8 minutes until slightly crisp.
- Remove from the oven and position the crumbly side facing up.
- Spread creamy pesto mayo on the bottom half of the focaccia.
- Layer smoky turkey slices, tomato slices, red onion, and greens on top.
- Place the top half of the focaccia over the fillings and press down lightly.
- Cut the sandwich into wedges and serve immediately.
