Step-by-Step Instructions for Samoas Cookie Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl; whisk in 1 large egg, 1 cup of light brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1½ cups of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Pour the crust mixture into the prepared pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup of sweetened shredded coconut over the crust; drizzle with 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup of salted caramel sauce.
