Marinating and Baking
- Begin by placing your chicken party wings in a large Ziploc bag and pouring in enough pickle juice to submerge them fully. Seal the bag, ensuring no air is trapped inside, and massage the wings gently. Refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while preparing the baking sheet. Line a baking sheet with a metal rack and coat it with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the bourbon, honey, brown sugar, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the drained wings on the prepared rack, ensuring they are spaced evenly. Coat each wing with the bourbon mixture.
- Bake the wings for approximately 50 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
- Once baked, let the wings rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle fresh chopped dill and serve with sliced pickles and ranch dressing.

Notes
Ensure wings are spaced apart on the rack for optimal crispiness. For an extra crispy finish, switch to broil for the last 3-5 minutes of baking. Check that wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
