Step-by-Step Instructions for Pepperoni Pizza Burger
  1. Preheat your grill to high heat, around 400°F.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix in 1 teaspoon of garlic seasoning with herbs.
  3. Microwave 10-12 slices of pepperoni between two paper towels for about 15 seconds.
  4. In a bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef and 1/2 pound of Italian sausage; season with salt and pepper and form into four patties.
  5. Grill the patties for 2–3 minutes on each side until cooked to 160°F.
  6. Brush the cut sides of the buns with the butter mixture and grill for about 1 minute until toasted.
  7. Assemble the burger by placing a patty on each bun, adding pizza sauce, mozzarella, and crispy pepperoni.
