  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thawed properly before use
Filling
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Chopped if fresh
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese At room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits Optional
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease your mini muffin pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, Parmesan, feta, bacon bits, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Fold the fresh spinach into the cheese mixture.
  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry, then cut into 1-inch squares.
  5. Press the pastry squares into the greased muffin cups and fill with the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool briefly, then carefully remove and serve warm.
