  2. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm area. Allow the dough to rise for about 60 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.

  4. Preheat your Dutch oven (with the lid off) in the oven at 450°F (232°C) for at least 30 minutes.
