Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pitting the Medjool dates and placing them into round cupcake silicone molds, about three dates in each mold.
  2. Spoon a generous dollop of peanut butter into the center of each pitted date.
  3. Sprinkle salted peanuts over the peanut butter layer in each mold.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, drizzling it over each filled date.
  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least one hour.
  6. Carefully remove the Date Snickers from the molds and serve immediately.
