Cobbler Preparation
  1. Peel, pit, and slice the peaches into thin wedges, yielding about 4 cups.
  2. Toss sliced peaches with half of the brown sugar and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon in the crockpot.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, remaining brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Cut in softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
