- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour half the cake batter into the prepared pan, dollop the cream cheese mixture over it, then add the remaining batter.
