- Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.

- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread apricot preserves evenly over the oat base.
- Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over the preserves, gently pressing down.
