Method
 

Directions
  1. Prep Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir until melted.
  3. Prepare Marshmallow Layer: Microwave mini marshmallows and unsalted butter, then add whiskey and mix until smooth.
  4. Melt Caramels: Unwrap caramels, microwave until melted, then quickly pour over the marshmallow layer.
  5. Top with Chocolate: Melt remaining chocolate, pour over the caramel, and sprinkle crispy cooked bacon on top.
  6. Final Freeze: Freeze for 15-30 minutes until the bark is set.
  7. Cut and Serve: Lift the bark from the pan using parchment, cut into pieces, and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
